Do you keep your Disney trip reports together with the trip photos?

I want to start a Memory Book with full sheet protection pages to put the trip report in and pages to put the photos in after the report but does anyone know if Memory Book pages are sold that you could insert photos like you would in a photo album? Thanks.

I printed out copies of my trip reports, which were quite lengthy and added some disney stickers to them and put them in the scrapbook over several pages.
