Do you juts call and ask if there's a pin?

Just wondering about people who call and get a pin. Do you just call and ask the CM if there is a pin code attached to your name? Dana

yes, you can call and ask. I saw others were doing this so I did - of course, I was told there was no pin for myself or DH. It never hurts to ask.

I've called a couple of times for other things, like adding an extra day to our upcoming trip, and I've asked whether or not any discounts were attached to my name. They checked both times, and said no I'm really not sure whether the discounts are under your name, your email, or your address, and I didn't really feel comfortable asking. I'd like to know, but I can't see myself asking them to check 5 email addresses while I explain about my hopes and dreams for a pin!

I was told that they check by household. And you don't have to ask them to check under each email address because they can see all of the accounts related to your profile. I called 4 or 5 times to check for pins and was finally told I had the 20/30/40 attached to my name. During that conversation, the CM mentioned all my accounts. I only have three but I still felt like I had been caught doing something naughty. A bit embarrassing but worth it. Keep trying!

Low and behold, I had the 30/35/40 that is good most days through 12/16. I never did get an email about that PIN so I would definitely call to check--worst they can say is no.

Call I called a couple of days after I set up my itineraries on the web site and I had a PIN I booked a September week at AKL on the spot and saved about $650!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I asked if there were any pins were attached to my name. There wasn't any attached to my name, but they gave me 30/35/40 pin anyway. Never hurts to ask.

That's interesting. I called today and added an extra day to our trip, and the CM didn't mention anything about my 6 email accounts Kind of embarassing, but I guess maybe we just can't worry about it! It certainly won't stop me from calling again to use a pin - - if I ever get one!
