Do you have to pay to park if having dinner at the Swan or Dolphin hotel?

I know technically the Swan and Dolphin hotels are not Disney hotels however, my wife and I are interested in having dinner there and wanted to know if you have to pay to park your car.
Has anyone had dinner at either of the two hotels?
I know at the Disney hotels you only pay to park if you are staying at them and if having dinner or shopping you do not.

We had dinner at il Mulino earlier this year. They'll happily comp the parking - just let your server know.

We liked it a lot, and many others do too.

There’s no guard at the parking lot - you can self park very easily. Neither DH nor I can remember the details but the restaurant provided whatever we needed to leave the lot without paying the $29 fee!

Il Mulino is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
