Do you have to pay to park at Seaworld?

Just wondering because we might stay across the street at the Renaissance but they have a $15 fee to park and just wondering if we should stay at a different hotel. Thanks, Linda

Nearly 6,700 spaces are available for vehicles. Spaces are available to cars and motorcycles for $14.00 - recreational vehicles for $15.00. Preferred parking available for $20.00. Platinum Passport members receive complimentary preferred parking. 1 year and 2 year Passport members can park in general lots for free, and pay only $10.00 for preferred parking. "

Yes they charge to park,I have a Platinum pass so I get free parking but I once stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right next door to the Renaissance hotel and opted to walk as the Hilton Garden Inn and the Renaissance are literally across the street from the Sea World parking lot.From both of these hotels it's no more than a 5 minute walk to the park.I didn't know the Renaissance charged to park,it kinda beats the purpose of it being so close,the Hilton Garden Inn did not charge parking and is a nice hotel but not anywhere as nice as the Renaissance.

Thanks, we have stayed at the renaissance before but I don't remember there being a $15 per day parking fee. We can get the government rate for $90 a night, so thats a good deal but we do want to have a rental car. Thanks for info. Linda

I booked Hi9lton Garden Inn, so we could walk to the park, i see they have buses on now as well to SW and AQ
