Do you have to enter you PIN when paying for meals?

My 13 y.o. Daughter will be staying in her Aunts room, therefore is not pooled with my husband, myself and our other 2kids for dining plan purposes. I want her to be able to swipe her magic band for meals and snacks, but not to have charging privileges on her band (surprise Auntie! DD went on a shopping spree charged to your room! ) is this do-able?

She will need to use a PIN to use her meal and snack credits.

Her magic band, though, can be easily set to have "no charging privileges" by her aunt at check-in.

This means she can use her dining credits but cannot make purchases and charge them to the room.
