I have noticed more than a few finger and toe nail questions recently...as a manicurist, I figured it may be easier to just start a thread where people could post any problems or questions they have regarding their nails...and perhaps there are other nail tech/manicurists out there who would like to offer their expertise....
ok, so I am bored tonight, LOL....
I'll start this with a 'tip':
Always keep a nail brush (small with stiff bristles) at your sink and use it every time you wash your hands. Washing germs off the surface of your hands is NOT enough. The space under your nail tips (even short nails) is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria...a few seconds with the nail brush can greatly reduce the spread of germs...
