Do you have any personal recommendations based on experience for a 3 or 4 bd villa

in Formosa Gardens, Windsor Hills or Emerald Island? My coworker is looking to go for a week either beginning July 13th or July 20th. The place I stay every year in Emerald Islands is booked. He's looking for some suggestions where people can give a personal recommendation as to the overall condition and cleanliness of the home.

This is only open for 6 nites starting July 20th. We stayed there in Nov and it is very clean and was updated last year. The new owner painted, put down new carpets, bedding etc. It is just as it looks in the pictures, very nice.

There was a lock box on the wall by the door and the owner gave us the code to open it and get the key.

If they don't need a house, I'd recommend Bonnet Creek Resort. They have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas. Beautiful resort...next door to the Caribbean Beach Resort.

We stayed in Buzz's Lounge,a 3-bedroom townhouse, in Windsor Hills - through Florida Sun Vacation Homes and were very happy with our entire stay. Nice place, good management company.

I'll be able to report back at the end of March- we are staying at Lighthouse Key resort in a 3 bed/3 bath unit. They do also have 4 bedroom units.

I just looked at the website for Bonnet Creek- it says they only have 1 and 2 bedroom units.

We wanted 3 baths as much as we did 3 bedrooms.
We got a good deal- booked last summer and are Fl residents but seems they have lots of different discounts.
