Do You Have A Favorite Coffee Cup?

My favorite mug is one I got from the Black Bear Diner in Mount Shasta, CA. I got it one afternoon when I drove my camper into their parking lot and hit the building, tearing off both their awning and 20ft of my camper roof.:scared1: So we called our insurance company and went inside to eat our lunch. Hamburgers and fries for 4? $3500 :rotfl2:
They threw in the mug as a souvenier.

I have 2. One is a tall Tink cup for my latte's the other is a large Mickey that happens to have a chip out of the rim in just the right place.

My hubby bought me a huge Minnie mug and bought himself a matching Mickey mug. I just love it!!

I am a bit AR about my coffee mugs. I have two mugs every morning but use a different mug for each.

My first is in an oversized "Minnie's Really Swell Coffee" mug. It is white with a metal bottom.

My second cup is in a hand-made mug that came from a pottery in Maine. It has stick-figure-ish chickens on it.

The mugs make me happy and content. Their shapes are aesthetically appealing and the handles fit my hand. I know, I know...I need to go somewhere and get some help!

I have been using the same coffee mug at work for almost 14 years. I don't remember where I got it. It's yellow with pink & blue watercolor flowers.

I also have a clear blue plastic Rubbermaid mug that I've used for cold drinks at work for almost 20 years. I've had it since my first job out of college!

I don't remember where I got either of them - just random purchases - but I'm attached to them since we've been together so long!

If you need help, it sounds like we all probably do!!! Definately just a comfort thing isn't it? Some things in life just give you a "warm fuzzy feeling".

I don't drink coffee, but I do have a favorite soda mug.

The old Dixie Landings mug in white and red, with the picture of Brer' Rabbit. Makes everything taste better !:drinking1

Yes. A Christmas gift from Natalie. Has a Jeremy montage of pictures on it that are not seen until something hot is put in the mug (mug is black when not heated), then he appears. :lovestruc So now I have Jeremy share my quiet time in the AM while I am having my coffee (now decaf after heart episode some weeks ago) and reading my 3 newspapers. :cloud9::thumbsup2
Oh, I love that! I'll have to keep an eye out for them...what a great gift. :)

My favorite is a mug I got from Starbucks about 9 years ago. It's stainless steel with a rubber handle. The thing I like best about it is it's thick at the base and gradually tapers up--it's very stable. You can't put it in your little cup holder in your car, but I only drink coffee at work, so it's perfect for me.

I have ordered that Shakespearean Insults mug for my sister in law who is an English major in college, thank you for showing that! :D

My favorite mug (which is for tea, actually) is a giant "teacup" with a snowman on the outside. I'll take a pic and post it, my husband bought it for me at Perry's Nut House a couple of weeks ago. :lovestruc

I'm freakishly overprotective of my coffee mug for fear of it ever breaking.

I got it at Villains in Vogue in 2000 when it used to be an awesome store and not just a corner dedicated to Jack Skellington. It's all of the Disney Villains on a burnt out looking forest background. It has some really unique villains too.

Shere Khan, Lady Tremaine, Pain and Panic, Cruella, Gaston, Ratigan, Ursula, Cheshire Cat, Big Bad Wolf, Headless Horseman, Si and Am, Madame Mim, The Croc from Peter Pan, Prince John and Sir Hiss, Cpt. Hook, Jafar, Milificent, Queen of Hearts, Evil Queen, Chernabog, The Black Cauldron, Foulfellow and Gideon, Pete, Drizella and Anastasia

It's incredibly awesome and I haven't seen anything like it in a while. I actually seatbelted it in when we moved offices. :)
