Do you have a contract?

Hi
I'm a regular renter of points and a borrower would like a contract.

I don't have anything written up, so I suggested she write something and send it to me.
I haven't received it, nor have I received any other communication, despite one request.

Before I cancel this reservation out of frustration, do you have any verbiage you could send me so I can put something together? (I have a needed roof repair and am eager to close this transaction)
