Do you guys ever watch...

Hey everyone I'm new to the boards( ) and I get a bit jealous when I see everyone who has vacations to Disney coming up and I have to wait til next May. But for those of us who don't have any upcoming trips to look forward to I was wondering if you guys ever watch other peoples Disney vacation videos on Youtube and pretend it was you and your family just to get some kind of Disney fix to get you thru? I've been doing this for the last two days and I was wondering if I'm the only lame person doing this.

I don't usually watch videos, but I do read a lot of trip reports. It makes the wait easier.

I don't watch too many ride thrus. I do watch our own videos sometimes. We have great VHS tapes we made of CSC and SADCT -two of my departed favorites. What gets me thru is downloading music. I have been listening to live365 stations a lot, but recently started downloading stuff and it is some kinda great for getting me in a WDW mood.

I don't watch other people's videos, but trip reports do help. I also like to look at my pictures from past trips, or sometimes I listen to the soundtrack from Wishes. Oh and I've watched the Disney planning DVD way too many times!

To be honest, for me watching a video of WDW is so underwhelming I find myself asking why I like it so much. Then I go every year with my family and see the real thing and say . . . . aaaah, now I remember -- must be the pixie dust or something.

BTW, what's John Fox doing in that pic --- ski-jumping?

I'm going to the game this Sunday in Tampa, after a day of beer-touring at EPCOT on Saturday. Needless to say, it's boys weekend.

I don't do that, but I watch all the park documentaries that come on tv from time to time, sometimes pull out the ones I've taped (I've got tons of park documentaries) and I also read the posts here a lot and look at my own pics and the still pics that are posted on here. I feel your pain, your not the only one trust me. I thought I was the only nut that was so into disney and universal until I found this site!

I don't watch anyone else's videos, not usually, but watch our own video or look at our pics/scrapbooks.

We belong to a local Disney group so hearing about other people's trips is cool, esp when they are the kind that go 3 or more times a year!

I also read trip reports and we play the Magic Kingdom board game too!!
