Do you go to SeaWorld?

Usually, we stay off-site and rent a car. However, we are considering staying at a Value and using Disney transportation. It works out about the same as paying hotel, car, and parking. The only problem is that we would like to go to SeaWorld one day, and don't know how to get there. We have a 2 year-old, so if we just took a taxi, what would we do about the carseat? Thanks!

Also, how do you get veggies/fruit for your child if you can't get to a store?

The no rental car thing is really throwing me, but I really want to try staying at a Disney park.

We always stay on site when we go and before they had the magical express service we always used Mears to take us from the airport to the hotel and then back at the end of the trip.We use Mears to take us to Sea World every trip. We call from the lobby of the hotel the day before give them a time to pick us up then a hour before leaving SW we call for them to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel. It was like 20 bucks for the 2 us. We find it easy and fast to use them.. The fruit and snacks u can most likely find them in the food court of the hotel.

Fruit is available all over the place-food courts as well as inside all the parks. It is a great affordable snack and my kids love it!(banana were a hit this year)
As for transportation I am sorry I can't help you. Do you really want to go to Seaworld this trip? Is there anyway you could save it for next time when you have a car? We love Seaworld but have skipped it last trip because of the cost at this point for us it is just too much.*we have 4 children. Between the entrance fee and the animal food- gotta do that! it has priced us out. We are planning a seaworld/discovery cove trip instead.

We deifinitely want to go to SeaWorld because we have season passes/passports to Sesame Place and will have free admission to SeaWorld. If Mears is $20, then that is managable. I didn't realize there was such a service. Thanks!!! Is the carseat an issue if you use Mears? Would she have to be in one or is it like a bus where carseats laws don't apply?

If you are staying onsite then you could take the resort bus to the MK and then head over to the TTC , from there you can take the Lynx bus(#50) to SW it's about $1.50 p/p!

I'm not sure of this, but I THINK there is a regular public bus that does a pick-up at the Ticket and Transportation Center and drops off directly at Sea World. I think it is about $1.50 per person. I have never done this, but I'm almost certain I was told this information from someone at Disney when we were thinking about going to Sea World. (We just ended up renting a car.) Hope this helps!!

Opps, took tooo long to write a reply, lol. It looks like I was correct with my info though!!

Oh even better. I think we will just decide when we get there. If we can't bear to give up a Disney day, thne we will skip SW. Thanks for your help!!
