Do you go back and correct mistakes? Like spelling?

I did a lay out awhile back, DD baseball and actually spelled with stickers her team name wrong! LOL not on the main page but some where else! I used stickers and wrote Thuder and not Thunder! I never notice and I have been looking at it all summer! My friend picked up on it!
I kind of think it is funny and feel like I should add something under it and admit to the goof...they say I should lift it out and fix it!
SO what do all of you think?

I did this just the other day...I was working on my Hoover Dam page and wrote "got my full of dam jokes" instead of my FILL. Well a day went by and then I noticed it and it drove me crazy!!! But it was such a pain to redo it as it had to fit perfectly so.....being lazy...I just glued a piece of darker brown cardstock over it and wrote the correct word on it and then chose 2 other words in my journaling and did the same, so it kind of looks like I did it on purpose, being creative HA!

But I am anal that way, I NEED it to be correct, or it will drive me batty! My S-I-L is so different, she spells things wrong all the time and just leaves it....the worst one was when she spelled Timon TIMONE!! HAHAH!!!! Bugs me :)

But I guess it all depends on the scrapper...if you are ok with it, just leave it and laugh about it later!

I'm a "gotta go back and fix it type of person." It will just drive me crazy! Sometimes it's easy, but I have had to do journal boxes over where I really didn't like my original printing, or maybe it just wasn't centered properly. Just be creative like Timon and repair it to your satisfaction.

I hate to admit this, but I managed to get my own daughter's birthdate wrong on her party page last year, how bad can that be? I had to change that!!!

I am an atrocious speller. If I don't run it through the spell check before I write it, I won't even know I spelled it wrong. Before I put the stamp of finished on a book I go back and change anything that needs changing. I usually have my oldest son read it as he can spot a misspelled word a mile away.

When I first started scrapping, I tried my best to cover up mistakes and left them at that. Now that I can see the pride my husband has in showing off my books to our family and friends, I have to have everything perfect. He pulls them out to everyone who comes through our front door. My mother is quite critical of these things (she is an editor), so that is another incentive to fix any mistakes on the spot. I can think of two mistakes in the very first album I did that I want to redo, but haven't gotten around to. Now that I think about it, I'll probably redo that whole album. How's that for anal?
