Do you get your credits when you check in if you check in early? If I check in at 11 a.m. and our room is not ready, and we head to the parks, will we be able to use our DP credits, or do we have to wait until the room is ready?

They are available as soon as you check in, whether or not your room is ready.

They are also available after you check out, if you have any left. They expire at midnight the day you check out.
