I No you get it with quick service dining plan but just wondered if it's included with the disney dining plan?

Number of Meals During Your Package Stay
The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick-Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table-Service Meal per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Rapid Fill Resort refillable drink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay (eligible for refills at self-service beverage islands at Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort Hotel).

Yes, you get it with all dining plans. They now have a chip in them that means they can only be used during the duration of that particular trip, however, I noticed it was only for fountain sodas and that hot beverages didn't use they system, so if you only drink hot drinks while at Disney then you can use your mugs from a previous trip.

Do all hotels have chips now?

When we were at AKL they were chip free in August but the All Stars had them (I think).

Yes all the soda machines are now rapid fill (which is the chipped ones).
