do you get an app and drink at 2TS credit sig restaurants?

I can't get the brochure to come up from the WDW site. We normally have TIW and trying to compare (how we normally dine)if FD is worth it since we have the AP as well.

Yep, if you're on the regular plan you're not entitled to an appetizer at signature restaurants just because they cost more. If you're on deluxe the appetizers are included at both 1 and 2 credit restaurants.

What if you are on regular free dining and use 2TS for a special package (e.g., Fantasmic!); if paying OOP for the package apps are included, correct? So would they still be if you used 2TS credits?

If you use dining credits for the fantasmic package you get the appy as well, even if it is a 1TS restaurant. We got Appys with CP packages as well.
