Do you feel guilty DISing at work?

I usually only DIS during lunch or when I am waiting for some process to run before I can continue my task, but every once in a while I will just take a little break and read through some threads. I don't feel guilty though, we have a TON of people who take smoke breaks, and I don't smoke, so I am just substituting DISing for smoking.

Not sure if my boss would see it the same way though.

Nope, the alternative would me being to stressed out and acting on my impulse of hurting people. This is a much better choice as I will not need an expensive lawyer to save me from going to jail

There are some days when ALL I do at work is DIS (and answer the phone). DISing helps make the day go faster!

I figure as long as I am doing my job (and doing it well), then it isn't a problem. Now, my boss might have a different opinion

He tends to work from home a lot though...we all know what that means!

My boss is one of the ones out smoking!! DISing helps me deal with the stress of my job

My job is mostly project-based. I have to answer the phones all day though. So, if I don't have a project, I Dis and print marketing materials. My job requires me to stay on the internet all day anyway so I might as well check in here.
