Do you ever get sad BEFORE something ends?

Im in a show right now and were just starting a 2 week run. Im already getting really worked up about it ending. I mean when R&J ended I was really sad because I LOVED playing Juliet but this is different. I know I will probably never get to work with some of these people again and thats a horrible feeling.

Why can't I just enjoy these next two weeks and then after its over be sad? *sigh* Am I the only one who this happens to?

Well I get sad but I always look forward toward future stuff I will be doing

This happens to me all the time.
Sometimes it's hard to live in the moment when you know it's coming to an end.
But I do my best to enjoy it while I can, and try not to think about it ending until I have to.

ive been doing htat with summer. im sad about it being over. this summer has been amazing.

Like, dance this year. I got reallllly sad before recital, because I knew it was my best friend's last.
