Do you ever feel like crying for no reason (Obviously ladies only )

Yes I do. Usually when it happens there is something that triggers it, but not something that would normally make me cry..or make anyone cry for that matter. I can't explain it. I think I'm just a little though so I try not to dwell on it.

Sometimes I get so frustrated with everything that's going on, I just want to sit and cry. Sometimes I don't even realize I want to and then I'll watch a movie, like tonight. The Sixth Sense was on and my goodness, I lost it at the end. I feel so much better now. Anyway, hope you have a good night and if you ever need to talk email me

Now you do. It isn't often, but there are times when I just feel overwhelmed or depressed and occasionally I shed a few tears for no reason at all.
