do you eat

I always have a fruit and grain bar and a yogurt cup.:)
 
I rarely eat breakfast and on the rare occasions that I do, I usually have to be up a few hours or so and then eat a big breakfast and then skip lunch
 
I always eat breakfast. Sometimes oatmeal, sometimes a bagel and sausage, sometimes cereal and rice milk. If I don't eat breakfast my blood sugar gets too low and I loose a ton of energy. I try to eat my supplement in the morning, and it mixes best with oatmeal, so that's what I usually have.
 
Gotta eat breakfast every morning. Have my bowl of cereal and a couple of cups of coffee and my water. When we are in WDW we eat out but that's the only time we do. DH works nights so breakfast foods are a real treat when we are on vacation. Of course that's why I have the elastic band on my shorts!!

I do when I work. I'm up at four and at work no later than five so by about seven I'm getting hungry and it's time to eat. When I am off work it depends on how long I sleep. If it's later than nine, then I usually wait until lunch to eat.
 
Very good question. And here I was all this time under the mistaken impression that only slack-jawed yokels or insensitive losers used expressions like "I hate when fat people say". Oh well, live and learn.

I usually don't eat breakfast. I never feel like eating at the time I would have to do it (6AM.)
 
four cups of coffeeand a bowl of instant oatmeal, the breafast of the eldery, Ooops, I mean the older crowd. When I am at Disney I eat a huge breakfast, cause I dont have to cook it and clean the mess. :)
 
Just tea for me. I don't get hungry until around 10, so I eat an early lunch or late breakfast. That will hold me over until a piece of fruit in mid-afternoon, then dinner.

Breakfast IS important - ESPECIALLY for people with food/weight issues. Eating at regular intervals throughout the day can keep people from overeating later in the day.
