For about 11 years now I've collected the Disney Snowglobes. I have 13 of the large ones, and several of the smaller ones.

It was quite funny because they started to really take over our bedroom. So for Christmas my DH bought me a really pretty glass hutch to keep most of them in.

So now my bedroom has space for more! ;)

While I do buy them at the Disney Store and online sometimes. I always get one (or two!) on our trips to Disneyland. I always look for "THE" snowglobe of the trip that I MUST have! Last year it was the 50th Globe. Which is the castle, with Mickey and Minnie in the bubble. And the bottom part of the castle opens up to show all the Characters! :goodvibes

I have some of the old style Pooh figures and have collected a few snow white, Cinderalla, etc figures. I also collect movies and used to collect their watches. i always pick up memorabilia pins from everywhere I go too...

Oh yeah, I have been trying to buy Disney movies at the Disneystore so I can get the lithographs.

A friend of mine has this super cool Dopey tea pot. I WANT IT. she said a relative gave it to her.

I have a collection of Classic Pooh items. My fav. is the collection of mini-tea sets I have (6 or 8 total). I keep them stored safely in a curio cabinet.

I also have some Pooh & Friends Pooh figurines and I also collect cast member exclusive pins. :cutie:

Recently, I've been buying at least 1 print from the Disneyana Art Gallery in DL on each of my trips. I buy an inexpensive frame from Walmart (less than $10) and display it all around my home. The problem is that I'm running out of space to hang them! Might have to stick some on the ceiling! :rotfl:

Another snow globe collector! I'm kinda out of room right now though! My favorite is from the 100 years of magic, the double globe of the castle that glows blue with tink inside. Every time I get a new one, I have to rearrange them all to fit, and to "go" right!
I've framed alot of the lithos and put them in a checker-board pattern in my daughters room.
So far DH and I have picked out 2 of the Big Figures, and I'm probably going to get the Pirates Auctioneer for him this birthday. (those have to wait for a special occasion to save up for!)

Just look in my Sig at DD's Tink ROOM

We leave in a few days so will be adding to it as well.

We thought of doing the houses and so forth but we had a few snowglobes so went with that instead.

We started collecting the Mickey & Minnie Plush Beanies over the past few years (the ones that are around $12). We started with the Castaway Cay and DCL ones, and have added traditional, adventure, Valentines, Thanksgiving, Sorcerer Mickey & Princess Mini, and will continue to add to them.

and yet an other snow glove, my favorit being my winnie the pooh and second being my teacup

I started collecting when I was 11 Disney keychains, I have all kinds, bought them all in DW, now I am going to LA so I'll have to add to my collection :sunny:

Sericels, we have 14 at the present time. Get one each year.

Same here! I have 8 right now but I have more Warner Bros cels. My wife thought I was crazy spending that much money on them but now she enjoys them because they're great conversation pieces...

I collect pins (have around 50), antenna toppers for all seasons and moods that I'm in (have the 4th of July one on now), merchandise bags, park maps, and my most prized posessions: I have the complete set of Belle's French Village pieces, a limited edition, retired porcelain set released in the early 90's that my husband secretly acquired over several years through ebay and gave to me for Christmas 2 years ago. He's awesome! :woohoo:

Popcorn buckets, for the last four years. Not sure why, but I've become somewhat obsessive. DW thinks it's very odd and my neighbors just laugh. Although, I am odd and quite funny so it suits me well.

Okay call me stupid but what is a Sericels??
It's a silk-screening process to create images. In this case, Disney captures special moments in their cartoons. For example, the ballroom scene from Beauty and the Beast is a popular one or my favorite one from my collection is the final scene from Duck Dodgers in the 24 1/2th Century of Porky Pig, Donald Duck and Marvin the Martian.

The first time I went to DL as a highschooler on tour with my choir the first ride I wanted to do, and did, was Small World. A couple of years ago I saw the the figurines and decided to get a new one each time I visit DL. I also got some of the ornaments and a cookie jar that looks like the outside of the ride.

We won't even start to metion the pins - my advice - don't start!

My guilty pleasure...sericels! I'm running out of wall space in the living room and I said I wouldn't go into any other room with Disney, darn those 8 foot windows taking up so much space. :rotfl:

I need to get my Dopey one framed, but I haven't figured out where I can put him yet.
