Do you buy new underwear and socks for vacation?

That's funny. That is exactely what I did today.

I don't wear socks on summer vacations. I live in my sandels.

I definitely get everyone new socks (preferably the real cushy ones) and the kids automatically get new underwear. It just depends if hubby and I need any at the time.

No new 'undies' for the trip. I would rather save that money for a good cause....a Napoleon in France. YUM !!!!!! And furthermore, Why buy new undies Mom's not going and she'll never know !

I don’t need to worry about my wife throwing away my old underpants she won’t touch them. When she is separating laundry from the hamper for washing ..she takes a steel ruler and slowly picks and lifts my draws out of the pile..then flings them across the room…for me to wash… WOMEN!

My kids love when she does the separating and flinging ..they call it dodge-daddys-draws...if you get hit you really lose..

I buy new underwear and socks for vacations. I like the kids to hve new cushiony socks for spending all day on their feet. And underwear, I guess like everyone else says, have clean underwear in case you are in an accident.

Guilty as charged. I usually buy DH boxerbriefs. I don't care if he likes them or not. I DO!! That is the ONLY opinion that counts!

I think he would prefer to go without also but he doesn't shave for the entire vacation so he has too. You should see the teriffied looks we get when we fly home when he doesn't shave. He looks like one of the bad guys. LOL
