Do You Buy Batteries (AA, AAA) At Dollar Tree?--Read this!

Dollar Tree recently downsized the packages of Sunbeam batteries, both AA and AAA, regular and alkaline.

4 packs are now 3 packs

8 packs are now 6 packs

I was able to buy some of the older packages, but my store was 95 percent "fresh" with the smaller packages.

Go there now to stock up!

We'd never go through that many batteries before they went bad. We get some at DT, I've also seen panasonic there. But there are some things I still prefer to use duracell or energizer in.

I'm glad it was just the number in a pack, when I saw the title I was worried something was wrong with the batteries bought at DT.

My son did this for his science fair project. Kirkland was the winner of the brands he tested (Energizer, Duracell, Rayovac, and Kirkland).

And for anyone who cares, another science fair project revealed that Bounty paper towels ARE, indeed, the best absorbing for the price. Second place on that went to Target brand "compare to Bounty" paper towels.

We also buy Costco batteries. We do go through a lot with all the kids toys, etc.
