Do you break up your MK day when parks close early

Hey guys, we are going to MK with my 2 year old in January. He currently takes an early afternoon nap (1ish) for about 2 hours. However I noticed the parks close at 8 at the time of year that we are there. We're torn on if to have him nap in the stroller in MK or to leave around 12 and return around 4ish. Thoughts

I think it totally depends on the child. My son could have easily napped in the stroller, my girls not so much! You definitely don't want a tired grouchy tot so I would do whatever was necessary for him to get his nap:)

I have only gone during earlier closing times with my then boyfriend who is now my dh.

I don't think AK was opened yet. But we would do a park in the am and return to the room for a few hours.

But we do Epcot and MK at night and those parks were always open past 7 when we went.

We usually go in January or February and when the kids were littler, we still left for a nap (although we didn't always go back to the hotel - sometimes we went to a monorail hotel or just rode around on transportation for a while). Our kids weren't good with stroller sleeping and we all needed the break. It was better to have 4 good hours in the evening than try and push through and be miserable.
But this really totally depends on your family and how your kids hold up.
