Do windows open at RPR? Vents in bathroom?

Can you open your room window(standard room)? Would like to have that option. Also, are there vents in the bathroom? Have a smoker in room and either option would help.

The windows in our Royal Pacific room did not open. I guess there are vents in the bathroom. I really don't remember if the bathrooms had that "fan" thing that you can turn on. I did see ash-trays that had been used by the elevator though.

Windows in the rooms do not open. If their is an exhaust fan in the bathroom, it is not very strong and has no seperate switch.

Don't know if it helps but when the kids and I took the stairs down there was several butts on the floor of the stairwell.

I'm sorry, when I read that butts were on the floor I got so tickled I couldn't stop laughing, my DD came to see about me. Thanks for the info
