Do we think the South American visitors will come this July?

Only Brazil is excluded from traveling to the US right now, but (say) Argentinians can visit with a negative Covid test from the last 3 days. I have no idea how available COVID tests are in South American countries. If negative COVID tests are still required in July, what percentage of the usual visitor numbers will come to WDW?
