Hi ALL!!

We have a spring trip planned to Orlando, (but another park this time ;)

We will be spending the week at Sea World, Acquatica, and Discovery Cove.

We have never stayed offsite.

We would like to take the kids to Downtown Disney for Dinner at T rex

Also I think there is a toy shop and a lego shop?

So can we just go there...do we need a ticket?? whats the process? or is it jsu open to the public.

Also is there a website that lists whats available there? Store and Dining options??

any advice?? Thank you!!!!

No ticket needed for dtd

Make sure you go to the WDW website and get reservations for T-Rex dining

We are down here now. We go over to downtown Disney at least once every trip. It is a complete clusterf#*^ over there now. You can't even move. The parking is a mess. They are sending most cars across the street to the Casting Building lot and the you either sit on a us 15 minutes before it leaves to sit in traffic or you walk the 20 minutes over to the main shopping area.

I can say without a doubt in my mind that we will not be going anywhere near there until the construction is done in 3 years or so

Actually, your best bet is to call them directly. They only release a small number of tables to the Disney dining system. Their direct number is (407) 828-8739.

DTD is a shopping, dining, entertainment center so no ticket needed.I will agree with the PP who mentioned the parking issues as DTD is being turned into Disney Springs.
