Do we need a carseat?

Hi everyone! New member here, though definately not new to Disney. We are DVC members and generally Disney crazy

For our upcoming trip to DW in August, we'll be taking the Magical Express for the first time. Do we need a carseat for DD (21 months) or booster for DS (5 in September)?
