We can start making reservations 180 days beforehand.

Can we make all reservations together and is that 180 from our first day arriving at Disney World? Or do we have to call back each day,180 days out, for another reservation?

How about the coveted CRT reservations? I am jumpimg in the fray for a one time shot.:scared: What is the rule here?

If you call 180 days out from your first day, you can only make them for that day. So, your choice is call each day or wait til you're 180 out from your last day. If you're staying at a WDW resort, you can call 180+10, or 190 days out. We stay at SOG and I call on the 180 from our last day to make all of ours and have always gotten the ones I want when I want, but we also go in early Nov when it's not as busy and there's no free dining.

CRT has the same rules as the rest, 180 days. Also, when are you going? There are some temporary changes to ADR's coming up. I'm not sure on the details because they don't affect us, but someone can give you the dates affected.

When is your trip? Disney is currently implementing a new reservation system. From August 1 through sometime in October (I want to say it's October 24), they are only accepting reservations 90 days in advance, with exceptions for a few popular meals. CRT and Chef Mickey's are two of the exceptions. Once the new system is in place, they will go back to the 180 day window.
