Do we get Magic Bands if renting DVC?

We are renting a 1 bedroom at AK Villas for our December trip. I was thinking that I read somewhere that we would get magic bands. If I look in mydisneyexperience, my reservation shows up but there is no option to customize magic bands like we have seen for past trips. If not, I guess we can just use old magic bands. I was curious though whether or not they should be included with the rental reservation.

Yes you get magic bands with your reservation, it's probably just an IT bug, if it doesn't show up in a few days call Disney IT to fix it.

If you have a room reservation at any Disney Owned & Operated Resort at WDW (which includes DVC Resorts), you are entitled to receive free MagicBands. If your reservation has been linked for more than a few days, you need to call Disney and ask for MDE Tech Support.
