Do we expect more because it's Disney

I absolutely expect more because its Disney. That expectation was set by Walt himself years ago.

That being said, they've never disappointed. And if I've had a problem, it was corrected. They've earned that higher expectation and (in my mind) have lived up to it.

My worst and most negative experiences have been with other visitors, not with Disney. Unfortunately those around you can have an impact on the Disney magic. Can't blame Disney for that.
