Do the Q&C vouchers include tax? What is the tax rate at WDW?

They include tax, I'm not sure how much it is but at least 7-8%

They include tax and tip, so keep that in mind at Beaches and Cream. You can leave more, but you needn't feel obligated to. (No, I don't believe you are ever truly obligated to leave a tip, but I do like to tip.)
