...provide towels in the Hotel Cheyenne, I'm assuming they do but would like to be sure?? Also how do people manage with backpacks when going on rides? Do you leave them with someone else or take them with you? I know we'll need to carry one around with us because we'll need spare clothes, snacks, drinks and wipes, just wondered how easy it would be?! Last but not least, how easy is it to hire pushchairs out there? My youngest is 3 and a half and although he will walk and can be carried too, just wondered in case of an emergency.

Great website btw, its been a real lifesaver!!!!:woohoo:  :woohoo:  :cheer2:

Towels are provided in all the Disney hotels, which is great, one less thing to pack. :)

I've always kept my bags with me on rides but I usually start off with just a messenger bag and add half dozen carrier bags by the end of the day.

Buggies are very easy to hire and come in really handy, last year we used one a lot for my niece who was 3 and a half at that time, there is a lot of walking involved. They can only be removed from the park if you pay a large deposit on them, not to sure of the exact details, otherwise the stroller hire is located just inside the gates of the main park and WDS, you also can't take them from one park to another, but you won't have to pay twice in one day, just show your ticket.

Hope that helps. :goodvibes

On the subject of strollers I noticed that there are some new ones available with hoods, but they don't have a buggy board on the back.

this is very true though some people who had an older child still requeted the old style strollers with the buggy board on the back though they are a bit more cumbersome and not so easy to push as that of the new 3 wheeler strollers

About backpacks: THE easiest thing of course is to leave them with someone of your group who isn't riding. However, it's not worth to "punish" someone and name this person "bagkeeper" :) It's very easy to take backpacks on the rides, I have taken so many things with me, even on the rides with loopings. They don't move, really.

About bags you collect during the day while shopping: best thing is to do shopping before 2 or 3 pm check in the park) and not on your departure day. Then you can have it shipped to your hotel! (Just pick it up in the Hotel boutique in the evening) If you don't leave before 6 pm (to check!) on departure day, you can go pick it up at the Disney store at the Village. That way, you don't have to drag everything around. Next to that, if you shop "early" and not during "rush hour" when the park closes, people at the boutiques have more time to wrap/ pack your breakable items better (in case you plan to buy breakable items). When we bought glasses/ tableware, they went to look for boxes for everything (easier to put away in the car), but they told us that's something they can only do if the store is "empty"; they can't do it when there are 10 people in line to pay.
