Do they stop charging for parking at a certain time?

There's a night or two where we might drive to Epcot or HS pretty late. Just curious if they stop charging for parking at a certain time. I know if we pay for parking earlier in the day we are good for the entire day - this would be on a day when we're not paying for parking in the morning. Thanks.

They stop at some point, but it's based on volume, not time. There's no way to tell if they'll be charging until you pull up.
