My DH keeps asking me if the appetizer he had at LeCellier is still on the menu because he remembers it as amazing (however it has been two years and I know they change things around alot ...I have no idea what it was called but I have a photo can anyone tell me if they still have ot or what it was so I can go look it up on the menus myself ?

yes I guess that would have helped it was salmon with some soft cheese in the middle the sticks in the top were crunchy he says like maybe bread or crackers? when we went in Sept 2006 it was a brand new item so it is not on the menu they gave us

That was the crab and salmon timbale and my dh agrees with yours that it was delish.

Sadly, as you pointed out, menus change all the time (usually when we find something we love, right? ), and this is no longer there. But my dh did try the duck last time and said it, too, was yummo (and he's not a fan of duck--too many hunting trips with dad as a child).

Of course, by the time we get back later this year, the menu will probably have changed again, but I'm sure whatever we try will be tasty.
