Do they still have the skipper boat ride at IOA?

I was wondering if they still had the Skipper boat ride across the lagoon from next to IHR to right in front of JP store.

I had forgotten about The Island Skipper Tours! I used to enjoy the skippers park triva. That closed down awhile ago and in the end in was closed more than it was open. I do wonder what the reason for closing it down was.

I was standing by the dock listening to the fight inside the sub the other day when a little boy with a British accent came over and asked me what the dock was for. I explained the Skipper Tour to him, and that it was closed. he said it 'sounded boring anyway.' :teeth:

I've found this old pic.
Is this the boat they used?

.

That looks like it...I think there may have been a few reasons for them not using the tours anymore...one, the JP side was hard to even find, hidden away back where no one ever ventured...two, unlike some other places like Epcot's WS, it doesn't seem that long of a distance between the back of IOA and the front so maybe people thought about it, but then decided to walk around and see everything.
