I'm taking the family on a 3 day to nassau and CC. I was wondering will we all get our passports stamp upon entering customs?

No, DCL basically "Clears" you and you don't even proceed through customs. You just walk off the ship and onto the island, there is no immigration area.

You can take your passports with you when you get off the ship, and just a short walk from the dock, is a government office that will stamp your passport if you want it done.

My kids wanted a stamp on theirs, so we went in and got them stamped.

I didn't know that! I definitely would've done that.

Just a quick FYI - in case anyone who is travelling is a resident alien :space: (not a US citizen), DCL will hold you passports for the duration of the cruise. You will not get them back until *early* on the morning of disembarkation. This means my DH couldn't get is passport stamped in Nassau even if he wanted to.

(Ok, couldn't resist that alien smiley face).
