anywhere in Animal Kingdom, Beaches and Cream, or Pure and Simple, Epcot?

I am not sure of the others but I do know that Animal Kingdom has a character breakfast at Donald's Breakfastosaurus. Here's a link to the Menu We haven't tried it yet but have heard good things about it.

DW and I really like the cinnamon rolls and coffee at the Tusker House. They also have counter service food. If you are interested in a quick simple breakfast. you might consider this. This is in AK.

The only EPCOT sitdown I can think of is PSB (Princess Storybook Breakfast) in Norway. Apparently that is getting as tough as CRT's to book these days.

Food is ok, it was terrible the first time we went, better last time, but still mediocre for $19.99 a person. The princesses are at this breakfast.

Otherwise I think breakfast at EPCOT is available through select counter service restaurants in FW.

I don't believe B&C serves breakfast. YCG is a nice quiet place to grab a fairly quick breakfast though.
