Do they have these at Mara???

I have a question about Mara that I hope someone can answer....Do they have a pastry that is a twist with a gooey sweet center with mini chocolate chips??? I've heard some refer to them as chocolate croissants, but they're not a traditional chocolate croissant. I've gotten them at Boardwalk Bakery and Poly and I'm so hopeful that they have them at Mara...

Yes, they have them. I had a couple during our July trip, but, be careful, those croissants are dangerous to your waist

They had a chocolate croissant, but I wouldn't call it "gooey." It had a bittersweet liquid chocolate center and mini chocolate chips. BTW I've had chocolate croissants in lots of places (including Paris) and they've all been the same sort of thing--the same sort of bread as a regular croissant, wrapped around bittersweet chocolate, in a sort of flat tube shape. It seemed like a normal chocolate croissant to me. I mean, I liked it a lot--my DH had one one day, and I had one a few days later--but I liked it precisely *because* it wasn't "gooey sweet."
