Do they get annoyed if you change reservations too much?

I made reservations and then my dd wanted to go somewhere else so I called again to cancel one place and add another place. Now I realize that the time I picked at the new place is going to probably be too early and I don't know if we'll even be in FL by that time. Will they get annoyed if I call again to change the time? It was one of the places where you had to leave credit card info so I don't want to be out the money if we can't get there in time. I just wasn't thinking about the time when I booked it.

Nope, they won't care at all, people do it all the time.

Knowing people working there, ya, they often get annoyed but they know it's their job regardless

Just like you might get annoyed with undecided people if you work in retail... same thing. But, it's part of the job!

Since you probably get someone different each time, they probably don't worry with how often you call in. If you changed you mind several times throughout the call, they might get a little annoyed then.

I wondered about this too. One trip we were set to go on certain dates. Let's say Dec 1-7. Made one set of ADRs. Then things changed and the trip was Dec 4-10 so I cancelled some, changed others, added a few. The CM was very hepful, but she did say there was so much to sort through on the screen. Apparently it *kept* all of my ressies I was cancelling along w/ the new ones. She had to go through "several pages" to check things. This was mentioned to me another time when I called too. (When we changed dates I wasn't able to get a FDPkg when I wanted so I kept calling periodically to add one)

Anyway, they were always pleasant.....wasn't anything I could do about the trips dates having changed and needing to cancel/add more ressies...but it was a lot for them to look through each time apparently.

Thanks for the info. I wondered if it kept all the info, even the stuff that was cancelled or changed around.
