Do they ever offer the Free Dinning plans in Oct?

We are going in Oct do they ever offer free dinning then?

I used free dining in 2009 when we went around Halloween.

Yes, it was offered last year after I had already purchased it. We had a 40% room pin at the Polynesian which saved almost as much as the Dining Plan so I just kept the room discount rather than risk losing my reservation trying to save about $12.00. If they offer October Free dining this year, it probably won't be until August or September.

They offered it last year, but about half the month was blacked out. I think it was announced the beginning of August.
