Do they ever add more ROL dining package availability when a 2nd show is added?

I would like to do in early December a rivers of light dining package at Tusker House for dinner. However, given that there is only one rivers of light show scheduled as of now , the latest availability at Tusker House is 330pm.

My question is this, if a second show is added for rivers of light, well they increase the dining package availability so that there is a dinner option at Tusker House?
