do they assign a specific site?

When you arrive do they actually give you a site number or just a specific area/loop. How sticky are they if you drive to your site and don't like it will they let you change? Can you request a certain area/loop when you get there? How likely are you to get it if it's a holiday (like July 4th)??

They try their best to give you what you request, but on major holidays, it is hard. When you check in, if the site is ready, they give you a specific site to go to, not just a loop. If you are having major difficulties getting into the site, you can find a CM and see what they can do to help you find another spot. Since I get the gist that you are going the 4th weekend, you might want to hone your backing up skills. They do their best to accommodate you with what they have. We have not had a problem yet backing in (and we have had some pretty close calls) and we have a 34ft MH.
