Do the universal hotels have refrigerators?

No they don't have them in the rooms but you can contact the hotel your staying at and request one but have no idea of the cost

It's $15 per day, which is ridiculous.

We stop at CVS/Walgreens on our way to the resort and purchase an inexpensive styrofoam cooler in lieu of paying the 15/day for a refrigerator. Works well for us!

Yeah, but can you put leftovers from a restaurant meal in there? Even if you can, there's no microwave either.

No, guess you couldn't use it for restaurant leftovers, usually just for beverages, and milk for our morning cereal.
