Do the "sale" rooms ever become available again?

Trying to plan a last minute trip for early November. Think I may have to arrive 1 day too late for free dining. There seemed to be availability at a few resorts for the 20 or 30% off deal a couple days ago but now they all seem to be sold out. There are rack rate rooms available. Just wondering if someone cancels, does that room go back out at the sale rate? Also, do they ever add more rooms to the sale as the date gets closer or am I just out of luck?

Honestly, I think it might be the Disney website. I was on it last night and one minute I could get a room and the next I couldn't. I tried again today and still haven't been successful at pricing any resorts. I would suggest calling Disney directly or may be a travel agent. I hope they aren't sold out for November yet!
