Do The Rooms Ever Fill Up?

I was just wondering today if the rooms at WDW ever fill up? Can it possibly ever get that crowded? Just a thought that I was curious. Thanks.

Yes...
When the homebuilders show was in town a couple weeks ago there were absolutely NO rooms to be found on WDW property. Of course some rooms will open up due to cancellations and such, but for about a week before the convention, guests could not find any rooms for that weekend.
