Do some AAA agents give better discounts?

Do you think some AAA agents give better discounts than others? My AAA agent only gives us the normal % off depending on what time of year we travel, but, I have read on hear how some agents are saving ppl lots of $$$ (way more than what I was saved) does it all depend on the agent you get ?

The percentage should be the same.

But 20% off a $300 per night room is going to be$60 per night; off an $80 room it's only $16. Multiply that by a typical stay and you can see how the savings will differ.

The percentage is usually the same across the board...However, when you book with AAA could also make a difference.AAA traditionally runs their biggest discount special in January when they have their Disney Month.I saved more money when I booked in Jan, then when I booked in april, and both trips were for the end of Sept.
