Do Signature Restaurants include apps on DXDP?

If i use 2 credits at a signature restaurant like the california grill, do I get an appetizer too on the deluxe dining plan?
Also is the california grill brunch a better use of the 2 credits?

I think you're confused or at least I know you're confusing me.

The DxDDP is the Deluxe plan (3 TS meals), and all a la carte meals get an app with the DxDDP whether it's signature or regular.

The DDP only gets you an entree, dessert, and drink. If this is the plan you have (1 TS, 1 QS, 1 snack), then even at a signature, you still only get entree, dessert, and drink.

Using DxDP at signature restaurants gives you your same entitlement of an app, entree and dessert for each person, with the only difference of course being the cost of 2 TS credits. As far as the California Grill brunch goes, I haven’t done it before so I can’t answer that.

Has anyone had experience in getting the dining plan for 1 night on their trip but not having to check out and check in and just stay in the same room? Ive booked my nights seperatly at the same resort just so i can add the dining to 1 night.

You can request that the reservations be linked, which reduces the chances that you'll have to move rooms, but there is no guarantee that you won't have to move. You will have to check out and check back in regardless because you made separate reservations.
