Do rooms at WL have views of MK?

I think i read somewhere that some of the rooms at the WL have MK views, but there is no mention of it on the Disney site when booking rooms. Are there such rooms? Does anyone know which ones? Are any CL rooms with such views? I had my mind set on staying at CR, but if i could get MK views at WL I would consider that as well.

thanks!

You may get a peek of the MK from WL but i seriously doubt it and you will get nowhere near the MK view that you will get if you stay at CR in a tower room. Those are the best MK views IMO.

I think some rooms might give you a slight (distant) view of MK by chance, but there is not a specific "MK view" as a booking category.

You can get a great view of the Contemporary from WL. You can see the monorail. You can see the castle from some of the rooms on the top floors, but they are mostly partial views through the trees. But I wouldn't say you can see MK.

ETA: This is our view from room 6018. It is just a cell phone picture, but we could see the castle between the branches and parts of the Wishes fireworks at night. Our daughter was in room 6010 and had a perfect view of the castle and the fireworks. As you can see there are a lot of tress and water between the WL and MK.

The trees are to tall, they block most views. You can get a few obstructed views. We were able to see the fireworks (obstructed) from our balcony (woods view).

This was our view from room 7042 (club level). It was amazing...:lovestruc

We went to bed and woke up every morning to the castle and monorail going by. We could watch Wishes from our balcony. It was awesome!!!

I love your view picture. My daughter had a similar view from room 6010 except a little different angle. It was a woods view room, not club level.

We were in room 6085...above Whispering Canyon and could see Space Mountain and the fireworks were off to the left a bit but viewable...if the wind was right it carried the music to our balcony...but the castle was blocked by trees...looking down we saw service trucks (like a backstage view)...we enjoyed the nightly fireworks though since it was January and stuff closed early! :)

Thanks everyone for the info. not sure where that leaves me, but definitely between WL CL and CR.

also add BLT - with all the views you can get a little part of the MK

the standard and lake north side have views of the mK.

but the best is probably the MK views - floor 8 and higher. Unless you really want to see the monorail - then 5,6 or 7 would work too.
