Do RFC giftcards expire?

I am about to cash out at MyPoints for a RainForest Cafe gift card. Do they expire? If so, do you know how long they are good for? Thanks!!

According to the one I just received, after one year they start to incur a monthly service charge. I forget how much--don't have the card handy right now--I think it was around $1.50-$2.50/month.

Oops -- forgot I posted this question a couple days ago. Thanks for your response. So I guess I'll be safe as long as we make a trip to WDW within a year. (Can't image a year without it! )

It depends on your state as well. I'm in MA and gc's are not allowed to expire. I don't know how that works for people who get them from rewards sites. I.E. I buy gc's in my state which don't expire, but send them to a member in a state where they DO expire, technically they probably will expire since they are being used in a state that expires.

Hmmm . . . so I wonder if giftcards expire in Florida. Anybody know?
