Do resort prices change?

Once they release the 2014 prices can they change? Will the prices fluctuate daily, weekly, monthly or do they keep them the same throughout the entire year?

Disney doesn't change the prices once they are announced for the year. What they do is offer discounts through out the year, but the rack rate remains unchanged.

There are different disney seasons throughout the year though. So certain value seasons are cheaper than their peak season which is holiday and other prime times.

The room prices are set for the whole year, but within that set, there are different seasons, and within those seasons, you may have different prices for weekends (you can expect the price set to be subdivided like this, the 2013 price list: http://www.mousesavers.com/2013-walt-disney-world-resort-room-rates-season-dates/.

But once it's out, the price list remains the same for the whole year.
